Charlotte County Homeless Coalition
The coalition operates a 52 bed general population shelter with a focus on keeping families in distress together. Meals are provided 365 days a year and a food pantry is available for needy families.

Young Life of Charlotte County
Young Life is dedicated to sharing the truth of God’s love with adolescents in middle school, high school, and college.

Homeless Education Project
This project ensures that homeless students have equal access to free public education.

Apostles Build
Twelve local churches, in association with Habitat for Humanity, build one home each year for a qualifying family.

Back Pack Kidz by Yah-Yah Girls
Children are provided non-perishable foods for the weekends, so they return to school well-nourished and ready to learn on Mondays. Our church assists by delivering foods to designated schools.

Jesus Loves You Ministry
This faith based mobile outreach program connects with the homeless by bringing them food and providing a connection to local and government services and assistance.

Christmas Baskets
Christmas Baskets containing holiday food and toys are provided to families who moved into a Habitat for Humanity home during the year.

Mision Peniel
The mission addresses the plight of migrant farm workers in Immokalee. Our church provides meals, clothing and food supplies, as well as volunteers who go to Immokalee the 2nd Friday of each month. A sign up sheet is available in the narthex.

Salvation Army - Red Kettle
Our church staffs the kettles at one location for 8 hours a day. Some 120 church members serve 2 hour shifts during the holiday season.

AMI Kids Crossroads
This is a group foster home. Boys, between the ages of 12-17 are given the tools they need to become productive and successful in their lives.

Presbyterian Disaster Assistance
An emergency program of the PC(USA) focused on long term recovery for disaster impacted communities. Our church sends teams of workers as needed.

Society of St. Andrew
We provide financial assistance and occasional hands-on gleaning of crops to be provided to the needy.

Campus Crusade for Christ
Missionaries JG and Jennifer Porwoll are turning lost Russian teens into Christ-centered young people.

Mission Aviation Fellowship
Missionary John Hook recruits and trains missionary pilots and their families, who provide long term support to missionary families living in remote areas worldwide spreading the word of God. MAF is also first responder to disaster relief, followed by long term support, as in Haiti, Indonesia, and Nepal.

Haiti Outreach Ministries
Pastor Leon Dorleans shares the gospel with the people of Haiti through evangelism, education and medical care. We send mission teams to this ministry and individual members sponsor individual children’s education from 3 years old through college.

Haiti Nursing Foundation
The only Bachelor of Science in Nursing program in Haiti, whose graduates are transforming health care in Haiti.

Presbyterian Frontier Fellowship
The Reverend Dan McNerney encourages and develops Christian communities in the Mid-East and around the world.

HaitiFund Inc.
Supports the efforts of the people of rural Haiti by providing training programs for clean water, agriculture, fish ponds and banking.

Marion Medical Mission
Drills shallow drinking water wells for the extremely poor in Africa.

Teaching farmers around the world how to be more effective in producing enough to meet the needs of their families and communities.

Faith Comes by Hearing
Audio recordings of the Bible, in over 800 languages, are sent as “Bible Sticks” to our military overseas and to mission workers in third world countries.

Cedarkirk Camp & Conference Center
Cedarkirk is a year round camp and conference center owned by the Presbyteries of Tampa Bay and Peace River.
