The Clerk of Session is the elected officer responsible for:

• Keeping the official records of the Session which is the governing body of the local congregation. This includes accurate documentation of meeting minutes and maintaining membership rolls.
• Facilitating communication between the session and other church entities. 
• Assisting the Pastor and Session in administrative matters.
• Upholding the church’s constitutional procedures.
