The Property ministry is entrusted with a variety of tasks including:

• Ongoing maintenance of the Church and the property. They ensure all areas of the church are properly cared for and remain in good condition both inside and outside. 
• Property Usage by community partners and outside agencies ensuring the facility is available and appropriately prepared for these occasions.
• Contract review with budget oversite, managing and overseeing a significant budget, approving maintenance and upkeep contracts. This budget covers not only routine maintenance expenses but also the purchase of necessary supplies to support the church’s needs. 
• Memorial Garden is maintained by this Ministry and was created to provide a serene, attractive setting for meditation as well as an area for internments for members and friends of the Church.
